These Terms of Service govern your use of the Avenblu website, dashboard, pool-care tools, directories, subscriptions, and related services. By accessing or using Avenblu, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Avenblu.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Avenblu. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not share credentials in a way that undermines account security or service integrity. Avenblu may suspend or terminate access if credentials are compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

Avenblu provides homeowner-oriented tools for pool chemistry guidance, saved pool profiles, water test history, maintenance reminders, seasonal checklists, issue diagnosis notes, and local pool business discovery.

Avenblu is an informational software service. It is not a pool maintenance company, not a licensed engineering or chemical advisory service, and not a replacement for qualified onsite service, equipment inspection, or manufacturer instructions.

Calculator outputs, diagnosis notes, and guide content are estimates and informational suggestions only. They are not professional guarantees, safety certifications, or manufacturer instructions.

Pool conditions vary based on water temperature, stabilizer level, product strength, circulation, bather load, surface finish, and other site-specific variables. You must read and follow product labels, re-test water after adjustments, and use qualified professionals for severe water problems, equipment failures, leaks, electrical concerns, or unsafe conditions.

Avenblu may display third-party business information sourced from mapping, places, or other listing providers. Avenblu does not guarantee that a listed business is available, properly licensed, insured, qualified for your project, or appropriate for your needs.

Avenblu may also display a short website-derived description when a business publishes public homepage copy that can be fetched through a lightweight retrieval process. Those summaries are intended to help users compare listings faster, not to replace the business's own materials.

Search results and business profiles do not constitute endorsements, referrals, guarantees, agency relationships, or promises of performance. You are responsible for evaluating businesses, obtaining quotes, checking reviews, confirming credentials, and making your own hiring decisions.

Avenblu offers a free tier and paid Avenblu Plus subscription options. As currently described in the product, Plus pricing is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial where offered.

If you start a paid subscription, your subscription may renew automatically until canceled. Renewal timing, trial conversion timing, billing portal behavior, and invoice handling are controlled through the configured payment processor and applicable checkout terms.

You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in a promotion, fees already billed are non-refundable after a billing period begins. If a billing error occurs, contact Avenblu promptly so it can be reviewed.

You may not use Avenblu in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, security-breaking, or likely to harm the service or other users.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential attacks, scraping that bypasses allowed interfaces, or interference with service availability.
• Do not submit malicious code, spam, or misleading information through account fields, notes, forms, or support channels.
• Do not use Avenblu to impersonate another person or business, or to falsely imply affiliation, endorsement, or listing verification.
• Do not use the directory or product guidance in a way that violates third-party provider terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to Avenblu, such as pool notes, reminders, diagnosis notes, and saved profile details.

You grant Avenblu a limited right to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is lawful and that you have the right to submit it.

Avenblu, including its software, branding, site design, text, graphics, layout, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service under these Terms, Avenblu reserves all rights.

Third-party names, logos, ratings, and listing data remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and providers.

Avenblu may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, prevent fraud, or maintain service integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

Avenblu may modify, improve, or discontinue features over time. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and specific features or integrations may change, especially in development or pre-launch environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenblu provides the service as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenblu and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

If the law does not allow all of the limits above, Avenblu's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted and, where monetary limits are enforceable, to the amount you paid to Avenblu for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Avenblu maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Avenblu and attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different procedure.

Avenblu may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, Avenblu may provide notice through the website, dashboard, or other reasonable means. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms will govern future use.
